She has served others in various capacities such as a Sr. Loan Officer, Realtor, Business Development Manager for title, Digital Marketing Specialist, CE Instructor, Brokerage Management, Transaction Coordinator and a Real Estate Coach. Her exceptional skills have earned her numerous marketing and sales awards with the most recent awarded from the Women's Council of Realtors Texas, Entrepreneur of the Year for 2022.
She is an expert in developing interactive educational programs that are both fun and effective. With a reputation as a sought-after instructor, Hayes is known for her engaging teaching style that makes her classes both practical and impactful. Her high energy and welcoming personality help to create a comfortable learning environment for all participants. Her success is evidenced by her consistently high evaluations, glowing testimonials, repeat business and referrals from satisfied clients. Heidi has served in various board positions for the Women's Council of Realtors Bay Area and Texas. Her true passion lies in equipping real estate professionals with knowledge, tools, and coaching that encourages them to be brave, bold, and uniquely themselves.
Heidi has been an instructor for real estate professionals' continuing education courses through her company, the Real Estate CE Academy, LLC, since 2010. She is also a Brian Buffini Mentor and runs a successful transaction coordination company called TransAct Management Solutions, LLC. She partners with Realtors to leverage their time and gives them the necessary tools and education to achieve their goals.
Heidi is a firm believer in utilizing all real estate technology available to help buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals connect the dots. She creates systems that benefit her clients in the ever-changing market and is not afraid to deal with tough issues with determination, honesty, and style. Her heartfelt desire is to be a catalyst to positive change in everything and everyone she encounters.
Cindy Marx is a mother of 4 and grandmother of 2. Presently residing in Clear Lake, she has returned home from several years in South Florida. A former League City resident for almost 40 years. She raised her children in Clear Creek schools and dedicated many volunteer hours with all their respective activities. Additionally, she spent time volunteering in local and area civic functions. Born in Washington, D.C., her father was in the service, so they lived many places on the East Coast and Gulf Coast before settling in League City.
With hundreds of hours in dedicated real estate education, Cindy grew her career to over an 80% repeat/referral database. When her first broker told her she had returning clients like none he had seen for a new agent, she knew then it would be the key element in her business. Many accolades for production and achievement awards were garnered through the years. Receiving the Star Award with Re/Max, given to top agent not only for financial success but also who gave back significantly, was quite humbling. She did so by complimentarily assisting hurricane victims, community involvement and training new agents.
Her career has touched many facets of real estate. Apartment leasing grew her database as she moved to residential sales and leasing. Assisting clients with credit repair on their path to home ownership began with her established lease clients. Having a very diverse database, from the drive thru clerk to the self made gentleman on the Forbes list, offered many opportunities for growth. Through multi-million dollar commercial deals to very complex residential transactions she acquired a wealth of global investors. Subsequently, she opened her property management and real estate offices overseeing roughly 100 new builds through completion, lease and continued management from Conroe to Texas City. With the use of traditional lenders, credit unions, hard money and private investors Cindy helped secure her clients needs for homes, investment projects and Business Brokering.
