Objective: We will review the TREC promulgated One to Four Family contract and examine the issues and common misunderstandings associated with the form. The student will learn aspects of the contract in detail for full understanding. We will examine the TREC promulgated and most used addenda as well as various other very important disclosures. These are some of the most misunderstood forms and yet we use them daily in their businesses. We will cover them from the most commonly used forms to the little known, but useful forms. The student will walk away with a confident understanding of how to complete the form, negotiate each section and protect their client by providing proper disclosure and protection within the forms at all times.
We will go through all of the ways written into the TREC contracts that allow the Buyer or Seller the right to terminate. We will explore all of the areas to create a full understanding of how to communicate to the Buyer or Seller what can happen in each area in order to allow them to make an informed decision when accepting a contract. We will explore proper language and communication should a scenario arise for a termination to ensure the agent is not unlawfully practicing law with advice and language. We will work through when and how a buyer can terminate within the contract, addendums, etc. This will provide an advantage to the student to better protect and/or guide them how to handle and explain in each possible scenario.
Objective: This course is designed to help someone with limited experience in real estate to learn how to successfully manage a transaction from contract to close. Experienced real estate professionals will find information and tools to help them improve their skills and work smarter, not harder. You will learn how to successfully turn your career as a transaction coordinator or agent into a business. Find out what it takes to be a business owner, how to find clients, manage operations, and much much more.

Objective: In this course, students will learn how to effectively recognize nonverbal communication and learn to recognize what people are saying when they say nothing at all. They will learn how to be sure and use non-verbal communication to better understand their clients as well and communicate in a way that fits their personality. They will be able to overcome some communication barriers by breaking down walls and understanding how to get them to communicate what they truly feel, want and mean so they can properly represent and ensure their needs are met.
Objective: Building a Proactive business is a learnable and transferable skill. For many being reactive to everything and everyone is the missing link to real work-life balance. We could have the most dialed in, efficient and predictable systems around, and still have our days, nights and weekends run by our business. This course will address this commonly lacking skill set of creating a proactive business, and make a number of suggestions to help the student create a truly effective change is gaining control over their time and life.
Objective: There has been a shift in the way people market themselves and their business. Marketing has shifted to being authentic and sharing what makes you different. People are connecting with your story and genuinely want to feel they know, like and trust who they do business with. Social media marketing is more about creating relatable and raw video content than just marketing pieces. Getting clear on how you want to reach your target audience and then build a plan around it. Learn how to create your story brand, content planning, videos, platforms and learn strategies for putting it into all of your marketing. Being open, honest and authentic with your marketing is what consumers are looking for.
Objective: The current market activity has agents seeking ways to generate higher quality leads. With this back to basic, simple and effective guide they will leave with the ability to generate business now. Agents will learn the core basics of lead generation. Establish what their strengths are within those strategies to effectively be able to immediately incorporate those methods. Additionally, they will explore outside the box tools to further grow their sphere of influence. Closing with the successful techniques that are tried and true in any market.
Objective: Objective: In this course, students will learn how to identify and understand self-sabotaging behaviors and limiting beliefs, and how to transform them into self-mastery and breaking down the barriers that keep realtors from doing the necessary database management and marketing to be successful. As sales professionals we stand in our own way and find it very difficult to shift with the changes in marketing, social media, market shift and tend to not do it or let our fears keep us from trying. This course will show them how break down the walls of fear and show how to learn and slowly implement new social media trends in ways to make it work for them as individuals as well as how to stay on top and ahead of the changes in marketing trends and social media.
Objective: In this course, students will learn how to effectively use nonverbal communication in business settings to convey power and success. They will learn how to interpret nonverbal communication in meetings and negotiations, and how to use nonverbal cues such as body language, facial expressions, gestures, eye contact, and posture to build rapport, establish trust, persuade and influence others, and convey confidence and competence. They will also learn about the role of cultural differences in nonverbal communication, and how to avoid common mistakes in interpreting nonverbal cues.
